Returning Your Order

We believe (and really hope!) you will absolutely love 'My Tummy Diary'. However, should you receive a damaged diary you can return the diary within 14 days of receipt. 

Returned items must be returned in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. To start the return process, please contact us with your name, order number and reason for return at hello@youvegutthis.co.uk.

Please note that as a very small business buyers will be responsible for any return postage costs unless otherwise agreed via hello@youvegutthis.co.uk. When returning we advise that you use a tracked shipping method and keep hold of your tracking details. 

If you believe the diary is not as described please contact us via email and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
