Packaging and Processing Time

We aim to send all My Tummy Diary orders within 2-3 working days however usually I manage to pack and post them on the day!

UK Delivery

UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 48 hour service, meaning your order should take 2 working days to arrive once shipped. You can order up to two diaries at one time, and if you would like to order more (for example, for your dietitian or coaching clients) please get in touch via hello@youvegutthis.co.uk.

International Delivery

We ship Worldwide! International orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service and delivery date will depend on location - please check Royal Mail website for more details. All shipping is posted via Royal Mail with rates charged a little under what it costs me to ship, with the following prices per diary UK: £2.80, Ireland: £11, Europe: £11, Rest of the World: £12.50. For Uk sweaters: £3.40, Europe and rest of the world: £18 

 

Please note, we do not add additional or customs charges onto our international delivery and with hundreds of international orders have not yet heard of a case of customs charges applying however advise checking details with your local postal authorities for further information.
