I love how this diary covers everything from your tummy, mind and cycle as well as giving you information and tips on how to improve your body image. It’s not just a food diary it’s a 360 holistic approach and I’m loving it x
The diary is great, it’s full of useful information and space to record everything you need! Would recommend for anyone wanting to better understand their triggers and patterns.
When you get this and start reading it while you’re in pain like I was it’s like a warm hug, so nice knowing you’re not alone - I can’t wait to start using it and hopefully I will see some patterns and be able to manage my IBS effectively
Lottie and team have done a fantastic job putting together a beautiful, thoughtful journal to help me track my Inflammatory Bowel Disease day to day symptoms, active flares, my nutrition, exercise, and mental health all in one place. I’ve already shown it to my gastro doctor and registered dietician and having all this critical information condensed and readily available has been great for communication with my healthcare team. I love this little journal and I can’t recommend it enough.
